Coach for Me was founded by Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator Joseph Palumbo.

Joseph Palumbo has the rare knowledge of what organizations desire from their future leaders and what tomorrowès leaders want from their organizations. With a keen eye for assessing and motivating talent, he has successfully built teams for many of the worldès top organizations on a global basis. Joseph is a relationship builder, Executive Coach, Career Coach, Executive Trainer, a leader and motivator.
Joseph has 25+ years of diverse business experience including the last 12 years in a leadership position. He has delivered speeches and seminars on four continents and has coached more than 100 coaching clients at the management level and above. He has personally provided career counseling to more than 1,000 clients and reviewed more than 25,000 resumes and CVs.
A life-long learner, Joseph obtained a marketing degree from York University, a CMA designation and his MBA (Strategy and Organizational Behaviour) from The Schulich School of Business. Joseph has also added Executive level training from Harvard, Wharton and Schulich. Joseph continues to attend at least 5 conferences and 50 professional development events per year.
